Animal hair application
For wigs making, people usually use the following materials: Human hair, Animal hair, Synthetic fiber. Next, I will talk about animal hair for making wigs and its relative products.
Yak hair

Yak body hair and its application
According to different usage, it requires a different quality of yak hair. For making wigs which is more like human hair wigs, you could use Tianzhu yak body hair, its fiber is natural straight and with finer micron. Pls check the images as below:
After washing out the cuticle of yak body hair, it is very similar to human hair. The hand touch is very smooth, and its fiber length is very straight and natural. Pls kindly check the video as below:
Yak tail hair
The length is from 4” to 30”, The micron is coarser than yak body hair, and its fiber is natural waving, very good use for Drama beard, after making the beard, it looks very natural. Pls kindly check the images as below:
Also, the yak tail hair is good choice for big streamers and pike flies.
Goat hair in bulk
Goat hair is another kind of animal hair, which could be used for wigs making. Usually, washed yak hair can not be used directly. Pls kindly check the washed goat hair image as below:
After washed goat hair, we can make further process to remove its cuticles, than the goat hair will be no tangle and no knotted. Usually clients ask for bleached white for goat hair, pls kindly check bleached white goat hair images as below:
Usually, clients will use bleached white goat hair to make training head wigs, also use for doll wigs. Pls kindly check its images as below:
Mohair fiber for eyeflashes
Our Mohair is good white color, and the length is 10-15cm, Good use for eyeflashes making. Pls kindly check its images as below:
Camel hair for wigs
We can supply camel hair with its natural brown color, but also can supply with dyed colors, but the colors can only be dark colors, no light colors. Pls check its images as below:
The above hairs are the main animal hairs which we supply mostly. From those hairs, after our test on its micron, from finner micron to coarser micron, it is like this:
Yak tail hair > General Yak body hair/Goat hair >Tianzhu yak body hair >Human hair >Camel hair
So usually people will thickening camel hair to get it similar with human hair, but after making further process on camel hair, it will be used directly to make wigs, no further process on camel hair, as further process will make camel hair weak.
